Saturday
- arrival and welcome of participants (accommodation in private rooms near Rovinj’s marina)
- 5 pm – town sightseeing and visit to the House of Batana
- 7 pm - dinner for all participants and briefing with the Regatta Committee
Sunday
- breakfast
- distribution of packed lunches
- 10.30 am – meeting of all participants with their boats at the Sailing Club ‘Maestral’
- 11 am - start of ‘Regata’
- 4 pm - finish
- 8 pm – final dinner, gathering and awards ceremony (on the Riviera in front of the House of Batana)
Monday
- departure of participants after breakfast
The organisers together with the sponsors provide participants:
- two night’s stay with breakfast
- dinner on Saturday and Sunday; packed lunches for Sunday
- space for mooring boats and housing for boats which arrive by land
